Drone Not Drones: A Solemn Procession
Saturday, February 8th @ 2pm @ Cedar and Riverside, Minneapolis
Beginning at 7:00pm on Friday, February 7, the Duluth-based trio, Low, will be performing a 28 hour 'Drone Not Drones' marathon at the Cedar Cultural Center.
The concert is a benefit for victims of war and proceeds will go to Doctors Without Borders.
Please join us in the street for a demonstration of solidarity with the band on Saturday afternoon.
The Veterans For Peace office at 1806 Riverside will be open at 1pm on Saturday to stage the event.
Hot drinks and snacks will be served and everyone is welcome.
We'll set out promptly at 2pm for our solemn march down Cedar Avenue and back. This event is co-sponsored by Veterans For Peace (VFP), Women Against Military Madness (WAMM), and the Anti-War Committee (AWC).
