While Veterans For Peace and other peace groups around the country are working hard to Stop These Wars, the empty chairs in this picture represent the vast majority of Americans who do nothing. As Edmund Burke ( Irish Statesman 1729-1797 ) so famously stated: " The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."
