Voting on Resolutions
All Members, including both Full Members and Associate Members, shall be entitled to speak to resolutions presented before the Annual Convention. All Members, including both Full Members and Associate Members, shall be entitled to one vote on resolutions.
Voting on Bylaw Amendments
Only Full Members may vote on bylaw amendments. The procedure for voting for both resolutions and bylaws changes will take place in the same manner and time as the elections for the Board of Directors.

1. Resolutions must be submitted via email to the Chairperson of the Resolutions Committee by the resolution submission deadline, 30 days prior to the annual pre-Convention Board of Directors meeting. If this (sending by email) is not possible they should be typewritten on 8.5 x 11 inch paper and mailed to the Resolution Committee Chair. The deadline for submitting resolutions in 2018 is July 22, 2018.
For 2018 proposed resolutions can be emailed to the Resolutions Committee Chair, Bob Krzewinski, at email@example.com or mailed to 706 Dwight Street, Ypsilanti, MI 48198. Emailing resolutions is the preferred way of submitting resolutions. Resolutions submitted by mail must include a telephone number of the resolution maker.
