Public Outreach --
Miami - Alexander S. Arredondo Chapter 32 working with Code Pink at the Mayor's Conference in Miami, attempted to get the organization to support a resolution supporting diplomacy over military action vis-à-vis Iran. They convinced the International Committee, but when it came to the floor, concerns about "divisiveness" surfaced and caused the resolution to be tabled. Never-the-less, a strong public effort that will pay off in the future if we keep on pushing. For more: http://www.banminesusa.org/
